le bureau electronique is a consultancy agency for leftfield and off-the-radar music happening on Belgian territory. Launched by Marc Jacobs, long time curator and promotor for explorative sounds and arts (Recyclart, Bozar, ...), the agency aims tfor the development and visibility of various artistic approaches and aesthetics, in a transversal and multi-disciplinary approach.
