The transfer of a ticket to another person is not possible. The ticket only can be canceled. With the successful purchase of your ticket you’ll get access to your personal ticket-account. There you can get details of your processing status, change your address or cancel your ticket by yourself. In that case you’ll get promptly your money back.

Now, we will introduce the Fusion Ticket exchange to you! Starting on May 2nd 2012, the ticket exchange allows you to sell or purchase a Festival ticket. However, the exchange proceeds exclusively on our website to the original price of 70€ plus garbage disposal + postal fee. The transcription of a ticket to a second buyer is only possible if we agree to it and the second buyer accepted the general terms and conditions for the Fusion-Festival in 2012.
If you transcript your ticket to a specific person you could do that easily through the online-form available on our website May, 2nd 2012 (under the category “ticket-transcription”). Also, in this case our general terms and conditions will be part of the contract. It is not possible to transcript “bingo tickets”, those are excluded from the ticket exchange. Those tickets you will receive after cash payment when you arrive at the Festival property, at the embassy.
Next to those two options there are no other possibilities to pass on/ sell Fusion Festival Tickets without violating our General Term and Conditions.
