In just a short space of time Michael Smith and Sean Truby have set the world alight, gaining respect and admiration from the world's leading DJ's and producers including Armin van Buuren, Above & Beyond, Paul van Dyk, Tiesto and Gareth Emery plus many more. Better known in the EDM scene as Solis & Sean Truby, the UK based production team are bringing the noise from North East of England and their unique take on trance is at the forefront.

After their debut single 'Empathy' hit top spots on all major download sites including Beatport and Audiojelly, as well as featuring no fewer than four times on BBC Radio 1. The duo have gone from strength-to-strength, with their most sought after release 'Loaded' hitting dizzy heights in 2011. The release was playlisted by major trance DJ's the world over, 'Loaded' was the inspiration behind the evolution of Solis & Sean Truby's sound that you hear today, and one of which has helped cement their place as one of the country's fastest rising trance duos.

Fast forward to 2012 and the duo have continued to impress, with global heavyweights and leading EDM magazines showing a regular stream of support due to the standard they set themselves, whilst delivering diverse cross-genre music.

Whether its reworking a seminal hit like Super8 & Tab's 'Elektra' which found favour with Armin van Buuren who dropped it at his world renowned ASOT 600 parties last year, not once but an incredible four times at different ASOT 600 locations whilst also becoming one of the biggest records of 2011. All this coupled with a whole host of hard hitting remixes for some of the industry's biggest stars such as Bobina, Gareth Emery and Judge Jules. In 2013 they have continued their ascendancy with a follow-up transatlantic smash 'Meerkat' on Garuda Music.

Exclusively signed to leading Trance and Progressive imprint Infrasonic Recordings, but also working closely with label heavyweights labels Armada and Garuda. This electric duo and their trademark sound are set for a bright future in 2013 and beyond.
