Mr Datiq

Mr DatiQ, a 27 year old DJ and producer from Rotterdam, The Netherlands, started making music in 2007.

All fun and games at first, nothing serious. In 2008 he bought his first dj set. Then the ball got rolling, after his first gig in the end of 2008 he got the taste of things and started to produce dubstep. After a while he won a fresh meat contest by PRSPCT recordings and got a chance to show he could spin tracks pretty decent, this got noticed and he was asked to play at a local party called De Nieuwe Buurtsuper.

Now with these parties on his name he got asked and searched for parties to play at himself. Now in 2013 he has a couple of releases on a free compilation album from Dubstep Rotterdam Records, played showes across the land and is always working on new material.

Right now he is working on a Drum and Bass EP which he hopes will spark some interest in that side of the music business and hopes to get noticed not only in Holland but neighbouring countries aswell.
