Kenny Raw

After starting his early musical career as a drummer in several bands playing styles ranging from Rock & Blues to Jazz, Ghent born Ken Raw (aka Kenny Raw) has been established as a DJ since 2001. His actual style can be described as tech-house sounding grooves with a progressive and minimal twist.

Next to playing records, Ken is also producing his own music, resulting in several releases on labels such as Morninglory and Coincidence Records. In january 2014 he started his own label "Nightfalls Recordings" (www.nightfallsrecordings.com).
The first release "Distorted Reality EP" by Kenny Raw and Sommerfügl proved to be an instant success and made it to the latest Fabric Compilation!

Since 2000 Ken is hosting his own radioshow on Urgent.FM", after many years of 'MOVE YOUR BODY' the show's name changed into 'Nightfalls Radio', and this of course linked to his label. The show is also linked to his work as a party promoter. As founder of the popular MOVE! parties in Ghent he successfully exported the concept to New York and more recently to Cape Town and the South East of Asia. Nowadays you can see him at work as resident at his Nightfalls parties.

Next to gigs from New York 🇺🇸 to Capetown 🇸🇦, and his latest 2 tours in South East Asia (Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam), he has been playing top venues such as Café́ d'Anvers 🇧🇪 & Club Fever 🇪🇸 as well as internationally renowned festivals such as Tomorrowland, Jungle Experience (Thailand), Cirque Magic, 10 days off, Kozzmozz, etc. hereby sharing the decks with artists like Aril Brikha, John Digweed, Sven Vaith, Jamie Anderson, Technasia, to name only a few.
