His father, working as a maintenance guy for a club called 'X-Ray,' often brought home spare DJ gear. This exposure introduced Joeri to the world of DJing at a very young age.

He would host kindergarten-birthday raves for his entire class at the local community center, turning these gatherings into mini-festivals of music and dance.
