Biografie
·H.EXE is a harsh electro/aggrotech band from Wroclaw/Poland which origins are dated back to 2010 when all of the actual members were involved yet in other music and DJ projects as black metal Egrimonia, pagan metal Thy Worshiper and dark-pop d'Archangel.
The band was formed by Odo (vocalist/leader) in 2010 as one-man project, then Rex Rotten (keyboards, drums, programming) has joined him as support and co-composer. Their first EP "Realms of Inhuman Pleasures" was issued in 2010 and redistributed in electronic version for free on label's website. Their second release EP "Venom" (2010), under the flag of Halotan Records, constitutes a prelude to H.EXE's first LP "Killing Monsters" issued in spring 2011. Finally, as the last member Luké (guitars) has joined the band in 2012 to support the band on stage and rapidly became a full-time member. Year 2013 was a milestone in band's history when second LP "Human Flesh Recipes" with Einar Lukasik as producer/manager came to light and showed up the way the band is pursuing until now. Harsh electronics, Odo's raw vocals combined with rhythm metal sound of guitars determine their characteristic style balancing on the edge of metal, harsh electro, aggrotech and EBM music. That is why they called their style Electro Blackened Music.
Almost since the beginning the band has been fortunately spotted by fans and labels. In 2012 H.EXE's music was appreciated by incorporating their hammer song "Seven Lovely Sins" on ENDZEIT BUNKERTRACKS ACT 6 CD by Alfa Matrix. In the meantime in 2011 Side-Line Magazine has included "Crown Thy Oppressor" on "Face The Beat Vol. 1". Many other songs guested on several Halotan Records "Sampler" compilations. In the same time the band, apart from working on new material, has released their first single and video to song "Time of Contempt" (late 2013), soon after the second single "300" taken from the latest album has occurred in mid 2014.
H.EXE plays dozen of very energetic and full of musical aggression and fury concerts each year, not only in Poland. Three times in a row they showed up on biggest dark independent Castle Party Festival in their mother country (Bolkow/Poland) in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and they are invited by organizers in 2015 to play again on main stage together with Wardruna and Paradise Lost. They support the greatest names of genre as Suicide Commando, Velvet Acid Christ, Hocico, Combichrist, Vigilante, Decoded Feedback or Ambasador 23. In future plans concerts with In Strict Confidence and Freakangel are already booked for this year as well as some gigs with Hocico and Vigilante again. Band is not focusing on their polish fans only. They are being invited and they are performing also in Slovakia, Czech Republic and Ireland. Band members are also active promoters and organizers among polish DI society.
As far H.EXE is considered as one of best known and recognizable brands on polish dark/harsh electro scene.
