We are very sorry to announce that we have to cancel the first edition of Hardgathering.

After moving from Antwerp to Leuven we really thought we had found the best solution to accomodate all of you, but unfortunately the city of Leuven will not allow the party to continue after 04:00 even though everything was arranged and settled with the venue.

We have explored all available options together with a lawyer, in an effort to address the decision made by the City Leuven.

But due to the last minute final decision of City Leuven, we are unable to assure the safety of all of you who need to leave the venue at 04:00 because of the absence of public transportation options at this hour.
Besides that, the additional requirements imposed by the City of Leuven has impacted a fair and pleasant organization of our event.

We deeply apologize for cancelling this event and truly hope you can all understand that we could not give you the best and safest experience for this first edition of Hardgathering. All ticket buyers will be contacted via e-mail and will receive a full refund shortly.
