As we all know May 29 is a public holiday we have decided to make this a Techno Holiday, proudly welcoming you to the second edition of The Underground Society at Epic Tilburg. This edition features Ø [Phase] & Emmanuel who will provide you with an intense experience creating a chaotic atmosphere with some heavy sounding grooves.

Token Records
UK based Techno producer best known by his work on the Belgium based Token Records and whose style ranges from gritty minimal techno to Detroit influenced material. Originally a Mastering engineer, he began producing as a sideline, releasing his debut 'Module Overload' on Steve Bicknell's Lost/Cosmic records in 2000. This was followed by a string of productions for London's Surface/Inceptive Records and Ben Sims Ingoma imprint, all of which saw consistent support throughout the techno community.

Since he started working with Token in 2007, his music has progressively earned more and more worldwide recognition - most significantly on 2012's much acclaimed 'Binary Opposition' single and subsequent 'Reprocessed' remix package. In 2013 he finally released his first full length album, ‘Frames of Reference’.
Recent times have seen him remix for the likes of Robert Hood, Peter Van Hoesen & Mark Broom, while avid support from Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock have led to regular appearances at Berghain in Berlin. Today, his DJ schedule is busier than ever, having performed in Rome, Oslo, Amsterdam, London, Stockholm, Brussels, Marseille, Nijmegen, Glasgow, Vienna, Shanghai and at several festivals including I Love Techno over the last few months.

Born in 1987, with Maldivian and Sri Lankan roots, Emmanuel’s unique production style has bewitched the heavy weights of contemporary techno and house, whilst garnering support from all over the scene, from the likes of Ben Klock, DVS 1 and Adam Beyer.
With releases to date on Nic Fanciuli’s ‘Saved Records’ label and several releases on the ‘Be As One’ imprint and ‘Enemy’, Emmanuel has since gone on to set up his own label; “ARTS”, releasing with artists such as Samuel L Session, Jonas Kopp and Terrence Dixon.
2014 will see releases on ‘Deeply Rooted House’ and a debut album on his own ‘ARTS’ imprint, as well as performances at key locations around Europe, including Berghain.
