Voor het derde jaar op rij krijgt livemuziek een serieuze plek binnen Amsterdam Dance Event. Paradiso, Melkweg en Sugarfactory bundelen opnieuw de krachten tijdens ADE LIVE: een tweedaags festival waar bezoekers en professionals de nieuwste elektronische live acts ontdekken en de gevestigde namen eren.
ADE LIVE returns for the third time with a two day showcase program at Melkweg, Paradiso and Sugarfactory. The event offers a serious stage to the very best up and coming electronic live acts, to ensure them of a prominent spot in Amsterdam Dance Event’s extensive festival line-up.
On Thursday, 18 October, Sugarfactory hosts
Eefje de Visser – solo
With her creative songwriting as a trademark and a sound of her own, Eefje de Visser earned a unique spot in Dutch pop music in just a few years time. Her third record Nachtlicht was released in 2016, and showed an evolution compared to her earlier albums. With an increased energy level and more use of electronics, her sound got even more impressive and stunning, as well as her live performances.

Eefje de Visser – solo
With her creative songwriting as a trademark and a sound of her own, Eefje de Visser earned a unique spot in Dutch pop music in just a few years time. Her third record Nachtlicht was released in 2016, and showed an evolution compared to her earlier albums. With an increased energy level and more use of electronics, her sound got even more impressive and stunning, as well as her live performances.

Haiku Hands
Haiku Hands, the elusive crew of artists who’s in influence can be felt across live performance, visual art and production, exploded onto the scene with their irresistibly danceable single Not About You. The unapologetic Australian electro hip-hop collective have quickly earnt a fierce reputation for themselves from their formidable and rambunctious live performances, that lead audience after audience into utter pandemonium.
WWWater
Soulwax-protégée Charlotte Adigéry washes over you like a force of nature with a progressive mix of spiky electronics, pulsing drums and an unstoppable voice. Joined live by Steve Slingeneyer (of Soulwax fame) on drums and Bolis Pupul (a DEEWEE regular) on synths, WWWater anoints both your soul and feet. Sometimes soothing, sometimes boiling, but always refreshing.
