Was someone this year in Thailand at a party such as the Full Moon party on Koh Phangan, or Songkran festival in Bangkok at the RCA street? Yes, Songkran is not a party in the strict sense (it's a celebration that is based upon traditions, etc) as opposed to the Full Moon Party on the island of Koh Phangan.
