Biografie
The infamous Anoir Robert (AstroPoser) are no newcomers to the music scene. Both have been active musicians for a while now. Early 2013 they teamed up and started a electronic based music school specialised in electronic music production and Dj-ing. With Anno's background as 'Applied Psychologist' and AstroPoser's background as graduated 'Performing Artist', it seems like a obvious choice to educate local kids about modern music.
Anno; found his passion for spinning records when he saw a friend get crazy on some turntables at a festival in his hometown Veghel, The Netherlands. Listening to and following everything that had to do with music was already a big part of his life; so the next logical step for him was to start spinning records himself. What started off as just playing house music at home quickly evolved into mixing different genres like 2-step, garage, hip hop and more at various high-profiled events and stages. Today, his hometown homies find it hard to imagine a party or festival without Anno's presence.
AstroPoser; started making music on the early age of 13. Trying to impress his brother, he pushed himself to get better and better. Not much later all the local artists lined up for some fresh beats/samples made by the young Astroposer. His love and commitment for making music resulted in a couple remix releases (Seclusiasis
, 3voor12) and some EP releases. On Clone's sublabel 'Dub', a split release with Ardbit on 'Shipwrec', and most recent a RnB tinged juke EP release on Dollops. AstroPoser preformed at places like; DanceValley, 5DaysOff, ADE, Melkweg, Paradiso, Tivolli, DMY (Berlin).
This x That's main focus is on Hiphop. Nevertheless, you can also expect some Garage, 2step, Bassline, IDM and Glitchy Triphop.
This x That Dj sets wil be diverse and rhytmic, giving you no choice but to move your feet. Dropping tunes you want to hear and tunes you wish you heard before. They will also provide you all with a lot of online content; Mixtapes, remixes, beats and video's. They will also participate in numerous contests, so make sure you keep an eye/ear on them!
