VanWyck is de artiestennaam van de Amsterdamse singer-songwriter Christine Oele, maakster van intrigerende alt.folksongs. In 2018 kwam ze met haar debuutalbum An Average Woman, waarbij al vanaf track één duidelijk was dat we hier niet met an average woman te maken hadden. Dat VanWyck van internationale allure is blijkt wel uit deze sessie die ze in het kader van het project 48h opnam in onze Pandora. Ze speelt drie nummers van haar laatste album The Epic Tale Of The Stranded Man (2022), een ambitieus conceptalbum en haar eerste plaat bij Excelsior Recordings!
