A Nightmare in Rotterdam 03-22-08

So I've heard all kinds of different answers to this question... Let's see what you fine people come up with

Are you allowed to bring personal ditigal cameras into Ahoy for a Nightmare in Rotterdam? My friends and I are coming from Canada for this, and it would majorly blow to not be able to...

So, who knows? I've emailed partyflock and Ahoy about this, and I can't seem to get a definitive answer.

in every parties you can take the camera with you.

Ye, u can bring a normal size digicam, so not a big professional one, you know xD.

I don't know? Because it's in a Sports Stadium? A lot of concerts don't allow/confiscate cameras at the door when its in a stadium... In Canada anyway!

it will be a risk you take
its not allowed at every party i think you have to contact de party orginasation (Mid-Town en UDC)

Ok, thought it was allowed on most of the parties.

Then send an email to info@udc.nl they should know the answer.

If its like a 5 or 8 MP digicam it wont give you any dificulties to enter the party.

Right, so if you have a Nokia N95 you cant enter the party..... thats bullshit.

Again, dont worry its allowed as long as you dont have a professional zoom scope or something.

So now we at least can asume if you see anyone entering the party with a N95 and your digicam has a lower or equal megapixel stats then just use it as your argument to get in with the cam.

You can take your camera with you, i normally go to nightmare in rotterdam and i never had problems with taking my camera.

I always take my camera with me to Big Events.
Camera's are allowed as long as it aren't Professional Camera's, because then you got to have permission from the event.

with Machine city you were also allowed to bring a smal camera in to the building. that was also the Ahoy only another Hall

my advice would be to bring a dsiposable camera with you

I have had NO trouble taking my camera into venues all over holland and mostly ROTTERDAM and i have taken them since 1994 to many parties and to Feyenoord.
You will be ok to take one.
As long as there is no drugs hidden inside u will be fine.


Anyway does anyone want to buy my Nightmare ticket i am just going to go to B2S on the sunday instead dont think i will last the 2 nights.

If you really want to be sure that you can bring you're camera inside, stick em somewhere no one can find it!

yes you can bring the camera!! of course. only a normal digicam is allowed.


you cant bring one of the special fotographer cameras.
