Volta is situated across from the main entrance of the Westerpark, close to Haarlemmerplein.
Getting there by public transport:
Take busses 18 or 22 from Central Station or tramline 3 from direction Muiderpoort station. Get out at Haarlemmerplein and cross the bridge behind the big Roman gate. You can see Volta on your right.
Getting there by car:
Exit the 'Ring' (A10) at Sloterdijk (Exit S103) and go left at the crossing Nassaukade/Haarlemmerweg. You'll pass Volta on the corner. There's paid parking till midnight, after midnight it's free.
Getting back to Central Station after midnight:
Night busses leave regularly from Nassauplein throughout the night
