De Resistance D remix is wel aardig, maar valt toch in het niet bij de trance die we tegenwoordig kennen... maar voor die tijd wel okay! Het origineel zou ik niet echt als trance rangschikken, maar gewoon als acid house o.i.d....

Jaaaaa!!!Heb jij die nog thuisliggen toevallig? Man o man, dat was vette hardtrance, echt zo goed! Staan hele mooie nummertjes op.
En idd, heel vaak als we naar Club X gingen was t uurtje hakken, uurtje trancen. Echt super!

Meer uit sentiment, dan dat ik de muziek de beste trance ooit vind.
Maar die beats, die ritmes. Tegenwoordig is het vaak allemaal zo lief.
Van mij mag die hele duistere goa sound wel weer terug komen. Het zou nog wel eens goed kunnen ook. Trance is al best wel minder populair geworden door de Hard'style'. Hardstyle is op z'n retour, de gabber komt terug. Veel oude garde gabbers willen niet meer naar de huidige gabberfeesten.
Wellicht dus een kans voor de GOA trance ? Die is nooit echt heel mainstream geweest.

The Age of Love was originally released back in 1990(!), on the small belgian label DIKI records. It was well recieved but made a quite small impact on the club scene.
Two years later it was digged up by Jam El Mar and Marc Spoon and remixed under their Jam & Spoon guise. The remix was titled Jam & Spoon's Watch Out For Stella Club mix. It became a massive hit worldwide and was topping every dance chart. Everyone could recognice the haunting female vocals "move your body dance with me...". Eventhough this remix is 11 years old it still sound just as fresch and some of the top DJs such as Armin and Ferry Corsten still got it in their playlists.
Jam & Spoon also made a second remix but named it Sign Of Time remix.
In 1997 The Age Of Love was re-released by React with new remixes by Paul van Dyk and Baby Doc. Paul van Dyk managed to boost in new energy into the tune and totally remade it with the result being excellent.
The Age of Love was also re-released a third and fourth time with new remixes by Emmanuel Top and Johnny Vicious.
The producers behind The Age of Love are Bruno Sanchioni and Giuseppe Cherchia which are also behind the famous act BBE.
Funny thing is that they never released any other productions or remixes under The Age of Love alias.
The tune was voted No. 20 in DJ's "Hot 100 Club Tunes Of All Time".
