Het "The Source" gedeelte, ik weet niet wat ik daarvan moet vinden. Uniek en creatief, zeker, maar misschien komt het omdat ik nooit naar een 'echte' Qlimax geweest ben, het deed niet heel veel voor me.
Maar toen kwam "The Afterparty", en die was de 10 euro zeker waard! Sub Zero Project vond ik echt niks (kunnen ze weinig aan doen, dat is gewoon niet mijn smaak hardstyle), de rest was echter zeer fijn. Nee, het is geen vervanging voor een echt feest, maar daar was de entreeprijs ook niet mee te vergelijken, en om eerlijk te zijn: zoiets mag van mij wel vaker deze maanden hoor (dus ook met dit soort professionele lichteffecten zoals je die ook bij kleinere feesten zou hebben, niet zo'n thuisding wat 4 uur lang hetzelfde doet).
Echter, dan dienen ze wel wat te doen met onderstaande kritiekpunten:
* ga weg met je overlay advertentie met een miniscuul kruisje. die waxinelichthouder-filmpjes, mwah oke maar ze waren kort en vooral: geen ineractie vereist. Maar iets moeten wegklikken terwijl de muis weet ik veel waar ligt, dat is gewoon not done als je ervoor hebt betaald.
* fix je server zodat ik er niet tot 4x toe wordt uitgegooid omdat ik zogenaamd op meer dan 1 device zit te kijken (of toon dan in ieder geval waar ik dan nog meer ingelogd zou zijn en geef de optie om overal uit te loggen behalve de huidige computer)
* video framerate was niet helemaal stabiel. dit was vooral bij de aftiteling van The Source heel erg zichtbaar. Alternatief, zet ergens neer wat de framerate is, want er zijn mensen die dit op beamers kijken.
* audio stream was niet helemaal stabiel. bij de afterparty haperde hij soms even, bij The Source zat er tussen video en audio bij mij op een gegeven moment iets van een kwart seconde verschil.
Maar toen kwam "The Afterparty", en die was de 10 euro zeker waard!
