• Yves De Mey
Antwerp-based producer Yves De Mey has his roots in sound design and scoring for performing arts, film and installations. He released on Line, Sandwell District, Opal Tapes and Modal Analysis.
De Mey is also one half of Sendai, his long-running project with Peter Van Hoesen. His main tools are an ever-growing modular analog rig and some vintage synths, combined with an avid interest in audio manipulation.

• Roman Hiele
Roman Hiele (Belgium, 1991) is a composer and performer of electronic music. Hiele’s music surfaces in the form of hard to pin point electronica, build on a long time obsession for synthetic sound creation and jazz studies. On stage Hiele plays with expectation, going past what is considered conventional, blending improvisational and classical elements into a no-nonsense personal idiom.
Hiele has released his music on the Antwerp based label Ekster (Hiele 2013, Essential Oils 2014, Saints & Ritmische Bezinning 2016). In 2016 YYAA Recordings released Hiele’s performance in the Schinkel Pavilion, Berlin 2014 and has collaborated in the realms of fashion, documentary film, theatre and art productions.

• Milan Warmoeskerken
Milan W (AKA Milan Warmoeskerken) is an Antwerp-based musician. In 2015 he released the Slo Mo cassette, on local label JJ Funhouse and the Intact LP a year later. Compositions constructed from gentle, yet persistent, rhythms. Intricately textured downtempo echoes.
Brain-dancing, rather than four-to-the-floor raving in 2017`s split with Ekolalis, for Hague-based BAKK, made clear the direction Milan`s headed in.
While the label is associated with the Techno of Legowelt and SFV Acid, his contribution was a seventeen minute float. The kick largely removed, the textures cut-up, expanded and magnified. Envelope, for Ekster, builds on this work.

• Dago Sondervan
Dago Sondervan started out as a Jazz-drummer at a young age, but soon got hooked on electronic music once graduated from Jazz-Studio in Antwerp. Soon after he got known as Belgiums first Jungle/Drum&Bass DJ, and was a resident DJ in Belgiums famous club “FUSE”.
He then started producing his own Electro and IDM records, using alias like Anton Price or Bohrbug, making use of generative software on Atari computers to make tracks.
Meanwhile he still worked as a drummer for artists like Trixie Whitley, Mauro Pawlowski and many other bands.
To take the generative composing approach to a next level, Dago started coding in Symbolic Composer, a musical programming language, based on Common Lisp, to be able to write his own generative music machines. He then dreamt that he could use this way of composing to perform real time live improvisations. When he met the pioneers (of the what now is known as the) live coding scene, and started using there environments for this purpose, he joined their community. Soon after, Algorave was founded, and Dago started organizing and performing on Algoraves.
