And we continue with our support for the Dutch Techno scene. This week we invited Wietze Young from Leeuwarden to headline our event.
Also performing D.Noyse, a well know face in the Amsterdam Techno scene and our resident Emmerson Rick.
Wietze Young is a Dj from Leeuwarden, Friesland.
His electronic music journey began in 1992 after visiting a Thunderdome event in Leeuwarden.
During his Hardcore period, he started spinning records under the name Spaceraver and together with DJ UZI, his mentor at the time he played in several events across the Netherlands.
Later around 2000, Wietze switched his music style from Hard Techno / Schranz to rolling, deep underground Techno after listening to Ritchie Hawtin´s: Decks, Efx & 909 live sets.
As an active member of Leeuwarden´s Techno community, he started promoting events in 2004.
Starting new concepts as Accelerator, B.E.A.T.T (Bringing Extra Attention To Techno), Technoa, Greenstar Open Air and Sputnik Techno 058.
Also performing D.Noyse, a well know face in the Amsterdam Techno scene and our resident Emmerson Rick.
