The Online Radio Festival returns to Muziekgebouw. On Friday May 19 we celebrate independent radio culture with a live marathon programme curated by some of the leading online radio stations of the moment. Listen to their broadcasts in the morning, visit the Muziekgebouw in the afternoon for talks about the future of web radio and witness a line-up of progressive live performances and dj’s during the night.
De tweede editie van het Online Radio Festival in het Muziekgebouw. Op vrijdag 19 mei vieren wij independent radio culture met een live marathon-programma samengesteld door dé internationale radio stations van dit moment. Luister in de ochtend naar hun radioshows, kom ‘s middags naar het Muziekgebouw voor talks over de toekomst van webradio, en zie in de avond tot diep in de nacht vooruitstrevende live acts en dj’s.

9AM – 3PM Every hour a radioshow by a different station, tune in at onlineradiofestival.net.
3PM - 6PM Talks about the future of online radio, moderated by Femke Dekker (Red Light Radio) and Derek Walmsley (The Wire magazine). With a.o. a discussion on music radio as a socio-political voice and an interview with online radio pioneer I-F (Intergalactic FM).
6PM – 8PM A special broadcast by Boiler Room (London) en Red Light Radio (Amsterdam), join them live at the Foyerdeck.
6PM - 10PM Good Music Vinyl Market + Merchandise stand
With local record sellers Zwart Goud, Nearly Not There Records, Zap Records, Spacejunkie, HotMamaHot Catering Records.
8PM – 3AM Live performances and dj sets, selected by the radio stations. The newest music from different parts of the world, but also rediscoveries from the past.

15.00 – 18.00 Talks over de toekomst van online radio, gemodereerd door Femke Dekker (Red Light Radio) en Derek Walmsley (The Wire magazine). Met o.a. een gesprek over hoe muziekradio ook een sociaal-politieke stem kan zijn, en een interview met online radio pionier I-F (Intergalactic FM).
18.00 – 20.00 Een speciale festivaluitzending door Boiler Room (London) en Red Light Radio (Amsterdam) om live bij te wonen.
20.00 – 03.00 Live optredens en dj sets van artiesten, geselecteerd door de radio stations. De nieuwste muziek uit verschillende steden, maar ook bijzondere herontdekkingen uit het verleden.
