Lineup: Das Ding, OSC1899, Mono-Poly
Das Ding
Never failing to not disappoint with his deep and dark wave of danceable sounds. Das Ding is active since the early 1980s releasing his music and friends’ music via his own cassette label called Tear Apart Tapes.
OSC1899
Rotterdam based synthesist OSC1899 is collecting and playing synthesizers since 2007. “The modular synthesizer will give you the ultimate experience to look at the anatomy of sound to understand what synthesis is.” His setup varies per event and depends on the location, timetable and vibe of the area where he is playing. The music OSC1899 plays can be as best described as deep, groovy and ambient. “I love to melt ambient drones into classic 808 or 909 grooves and let the old machines sing with modern technology which can be found in the newer modular systems.”
Mono - Poly
Mono-Poly started exploring synthesizers since 1994. Things came and went, and the setup changed over and over and he realized he loved moving knobs and programming more than playing with white and black things on the synthesizers. Soon the first modular synthesizer followed and that started a never ending story. Mono-Poly is part of the driving force behind Noodlebar. This is the spot to play modular synthesizers having artists from all over the world coming over.
