·The Rupture movement began as a way to showcase the jungle and breaks side of Drum and Bass. Known for pushing experimental, cutting edge production alongside classic jungle breaks, the key to the Rupture sound is having roots planted deeply in the underground.
Established as a club night by Double O & Mantra in 2006, Rupture quickly became one of the most respected events in the UK. Since taking up residency at Corsica Studios 16 years ago, people have been traveling from as far as Canada, the US, and Europe just to witness the legendary Rupture vibe.
By 2012 the success of the party and DIY ethos of jungle, inspired Double O & Mantra to found a record label. This enabled Rupture to further support, cultivate, and release music they truly believed in.
