United We Stream Brighton

People around the world can enjoy Brighton's art and culture through our new up and coming website, streaming live music and performances every weekend, uniting the city-region during the COVID-19 outbreak.A movement that started in Berlin during lockdown that has now spread to multiple cities across the world. Initiated in our city by Berlin-Brighton, The Brighton Music Conference, and We Are Global, Brighton is now part of a global streaming movement showcasing its quirk, music, culture and free-thinking rainbow infused spirit to viewers at home, featuring some of Brighton's most-loved spaces, brands and artists. United We Stream Brighton is free, but with donations welcome, and all proceeds go to the city-region's night time economy, cultural organisations and charities.
All income from the stream goes directly to a relief fund, with all funding generated going specifically to support Brighton's night time economy, including music venues, restaurants, bars, freelancers and cultural organisations who are unable to work or operate their businesses due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as well social care projects and nominated charities.Performances take place at artists' homes, gardens, or from selected host venues around the city, making sure all performances adhere to government advice around isolating, social distancing and infection control.
