23rd Precinct Music Publishing was established in 1992 out of the record shop 23rd Precinct in Glasgow and was first created to coincide with the launch of the store's own record label 'Limbo Records' and has achieved substantial success throughout the 90's up to the present day. The company has continued to grow and has made its presence known in the Dance world and has in recent years been branching out to the world of singers and songwriters.
