Dutch Gum Pop Records head honcho, Girls Love DJs, has been making waves among electronic dance music since a couple of years with his prodigious performances and openmindedness when it comes to his productions. In the studio, he tends to cunningly blend elements from different genres including pop, house, future, big-room, progressive and even drum and bass! This versatility is already heard within his first two releases 'Rotate' with Sleazy Stereo and 'Easy' feat. Sophia Ayana, a track that generated a worldwide response and hit easily over 100K views on YouTube.

2015 brought great triumph for Girls Love DJs, who has blown away major crowds at festivals like Mysteryland, Amsterdam Open Air, Valhalla, Paaspop and We Are Electric. It also marks an exciting milestone for Girls Love DJs – the conception of his own imprint, Gum Pop Records.

The third release on Gum Pop Records brings masterpiece 'In My Head', a groovy track with futuristic vibes and a uniquely vibrant flair. One particularly beautiful aspect of this track is the vocal by Elisabeth Troy, a British songster who has captivated dance music fans with her past collaborations with Clean Bandit and B.Traits. In combination with her melancholic, yet uplifting voice and the groovy, deep basslines, this smooth track is fiercely catchy and will be swirling around your head for days on end!

Alesso announces he will be releasing a series of EPs next year and shares a sneak peek of his new track "RED". The Grammy-nominated Swedish producer sets forth his new "Less Is More" concept that will see him putting out fresh new music, art and videos continuously throughout 2016. He will also be winding back on shows in order to produce bigger, select performances in each tour market with quality being pushed to the max for truly special experiences.



Jebroer laat op zijn nieuwe single Ga Maar Vast Slapen, die vandaag verschijnt, niet alleen een nieuw geluid horen, maar laat ook zijn gevoelige kant spreken en geeft zich figuurlijk bloot. Volgens de artiest, die bekend staat als ruwe bolster, blanke pit, is deze single de meest persoonlijke track die hij tot nu toe heeft gemaakt.
Jebroer over zijn nieuwe single: "Ik heb het geschreven voordat ik ging touren en mijn eerste zoontje net 1 was geworden en de tweede net was geboren. Ik deed 50 shows in twee maanden tijd door heel Europa en was alleen op maandag thuis bij mijn gezin. Dat was een pittige tijd voor mijn vrouw, maar zij steunt mij omdat ze weet dat dit mijn droom is. Ze belt me vaak en vraagt dan hoe laat ik thuiskom uit de studio of onderweg ben voor shows en dan zeg ik 'Ga maar vast slapen'".



De tweede release op het vernieuwde Loveland Recordings komt van Ian O'Donovan. De Ierse producer werd onder de aandacht van Loveland gebracht toen Adam Beyer in 2014 Loveland Festival met 'Vortex' afsloot. Sindsdien explodeert de mailbox en Facebook pagina met vragen over 'die geniale track uit Beyer's set'. Ook op RaadDePlaat kwam hij regelmatig voorbij. Loveland was daarom trots dat Ian O'Donovan deze zeer geanticipeerde track op hun platenlabel wilde uitbrengen en de Vortex EP was geboren.

Ian O'Donovan's EP volgt de dubbele 12"op waarme 20 jaar Loveland gevierd werd met daarop 7 A-kanten van Anthony Rother, Aril Brikha, Arjuna Schiks, Egbert, Dosem, Mathew Jonson en Vince Watson.




Using the pretty foolproof tactic of leading with a classic Loleatta Holloway sample, then flaunting a 90s attitude befitting of one of its best known exponents (Yosh's' It's What Upfront That Counts'), the knowledge from the Netherlands provided by Funkerman and the Italian insight of Marco Lys carries over from 2013's 'Ya Mamma' to give deflated dancefloors just the pump they need. Rolling bass, retro keyboards, a supremely executed piano breakdown and the unmistakable shriek of a primetime diva, means 'The Inside' leaves its lustre all over podium dancing poles and gets glitterballs lit. A trading of not-so-secret club tricks, glamour and glitz.
