Heey mensen ik ben net nieuw hier op PF, en ik vroeg me af wie er hier allemaal geintresseerd is in ambient , IDM. Enzo ja wie zijn jou favoriet, naar welke evenementen je gaat en/ of andere tips hebt. Mensen barst los:)

The Doombringer is summoned at our own behest, merely the instrument of destruction wrought by our own negligence and malfeasance. Raining down fire, pesitilence and mass annihilation, The Doombringer smiles upon the devastation that has been wrought. Never to walk amongst the living, leaving a trail of extinction and ruination wherever The Doombringer treads, all will bow down and wilt to ash before her bone-shattering fury.
Wherever her obsidian shadow falls, all will welcome extinguishment of their dim, mortal flame. Heeft iemand de nieuwe Ben Lukas Boysen (Hecq) al gehoord? Het is de soundtrack van de gelijknamige film Restive. Voor degenen die het ambient/sound design van Hecq niet kennen. Het is, by far, mijn favoriete artiest op dat vlak. Met name het album "Night Falls" is geniaal. Prachtige aanzwellende sound, die vervolgens keihard ontploffen, om na te rommelen in het laag. Deze sounds kan ik echt ervaren. Bijna fysiek . Check dat!
Terug naar het nieuwe album: Het is weer erg mooi geproduceerd, heerlijke sounds, maar mij net wat te duister, te naar. Sommige zwaar schrapende sounds raspen echt mijn hoofd uit de koptelefoon.

A Challenge of Honour is a Dutch project by Peter Savelkoul, that is generally filed under martial industrial. But the music is much broader than the boundaries of that subgenre dictate. Although his performances are limited in numbers, he played in many different countries including Germany, Russia and Finland. At Summer Darkness, A Challenge of Honour will play their last concert, to celebrate the release of his final album in October 2012. Roger van der Putten (guitar) and Bas Welling (electronics) will perform alongside Savelkoul for this special occasion.

Stoer! Ik ben er wss alleen de vrijdagavond helaas, rest van het programma is niet zo mijn ding, laat staan dat ik mijn vrienden er warm voor kan laten lopen.
Heb even wat geyoutubed, klinkt lekker hoor :) Zeker niet waar ik in eerste instantie aan denk bij industrial, maar dat blijkt ook uit ' the music is much broader than the boundaries of that subgenre dictate '.

Bas Welling aka Neurobit is back with a new digital release on Lowtoy. After the success of "Maison De Verre Sur Le Chantier" on the renowned label Clnical Archives, Neurobit is back with a new 5 track EP called "5 Attempts To Synq The Elements". This EP takes live improvised soundscapes to a dreamy trip through lo-fi technology and all round dreaminess. The track "No Sufficient Synq" is a collaboration between no other than Anders Carlsson aka GOTO80 recorded in Amsterdam in 2009.

Zeker goed album. Vooral dat laatste nr 'miss you' is echt een toptrack
Zijn er ook mensen die het Belgische label Entity Records op de voet volgen? Ik moet zeggen dat daar ook veel goed spul op terug te vinden is :)
