i'm a artist myself, and talk a lot with other Dj
in the last 4 years my own taste of music is become
bigger and bigger!!
i only buy record that I LIKE, i'm not a crowd player
like dj paul or outblast.

i startet whith Thunderdome 6 and that changed my intire life.
when i was 10 i wanted to be a Dj myself!!
i played whith broken mixers and and dreamt about
performing on the biggest events in the world
so you see, theres a story behind it

Greetz to all
I think most of all did because they love music, not because of the money ;)

If you just want money, then you would not play speedcore.
Maybe Trance or House or something.

and that's the reason why speedcore has more sphere on parties, it's about the music, not about the money

yeah is true ... for exemple here in italy if u want to become a dj with a lot of money u have only to play house :-( (I hate house)
That's right..

they are probably too lazy to post :P
uuhmz the reason why i started?

just for collecting vinyls :P
and also my love for music is one of the reasons :P
but first of al i only would do it for myself at home.
but after making my demo, people ask me why i never play at a party..
and so on i'm standing now on speedrazor :)
i just love to produce and stuff, the live act came with it.

Because nobody else was playing it, so the only way to hear good mixes was to become a DJ.

I don't call myself a DJ yet cause I've never played on a party or released a vinyl or something.
But I have two turntables at home so I'm trying to create a good mix and maybe people will book me:)
The reason why I started with this is just because I like the music and I like vinyl and I think it would be cool to see people that are enjoying the music I play or produce.

DJ The Troublemaker ( Live's on the same street where I do) He said one time to me you can also become a DJ because you learn fast.. I always wanted to learn it but I had no turntables.

So I Bought my first turntables when I was 17.. Then DJ Minddestructor has learned me some good tips and things.. so then i got started.. within 8 months of practise I had my first party :)
after going to party's on a weekly base for about a year my interest in music started to change. At first the atmosphere at party's was enough to please me. But after a while i got to know a few dj's and i wanted to do more with the music then just listen to it. So i bought me some turntables and started collecting vinyl. Together with a friend of mine we just fuck around and after a few months it actually started to look like something.

And now we have the upportunity to do our thing at a pretty big party at the Happydayzz pretty soon! I'm really looking forward to it, and practise even more then usual so i won't suck so much :P

I think I'm more a producer then a dj altough my vinylmixingskill increased much last year. The first time I played was together with angernoizer because he asked me if I wanted to play together at a party with him. After that I played at some nice parties including in italy and germany.

that's pretty much the way it goes with everything in life...
Shure you can work your ass off to become important, but when you know the right people you are allready half way there. Going to party's, meet lots of people must pay off some day. And it did, as you can see...

I started buying records when I was at school during my lunch break, I used to go to the local record store and spend my dinner money on oldschool hardcore. At first I didn't mix the vinyl, just collected them, but then I got my first pair of decks when I was about 15 years old - they were Soundlab DLP3s (direct drive).

After playing at house parties I started going to illegal warehouse raves in around 1997, I took my records along to one party and just asked to play and then rest is history...
