Sean C

Shondean Coochise AKA Sean.C was born on the Hopi Indian Reservation (Keams Canyon, AZ) and raised in Joseph City, Arizona (Northern AZ). A U.S. Army combat veteran, joined in 1998 as a Artillery Fire Direction Specialist, his first duty station landed him in Ft. Sill, OK. Coincidentally, this is where he was first introduced to electronic music by another Soldier/DJ that changed his life since.

Under the name DJ Sunrize, Shondean performed in local raves and clubs in Lawton, Oklahoma from 1999 to 2002, here he created and promoted weekly events with locals DJs until he left for Germany in 2002. While in Germany, he was deeply influenced by German International DJ artists such as Sven Vath, Monika Kruse, Chris Liebing, and many more who would frequent the infamous Frankfurt club, U60311. While in Germany, Shondean played locals pubs with his classic house beats all while assimilating the hard-hitting style of Euro Techno and Tech-House into his sessions.

Since moving back to the United States, Sean.C has been instrumental in bringing back Techno, Tech-House and House to the local desert rave community. Currently living in Tempe, AZ, Sean.C is co-owner of Mad World Productions organizing local events and hosting weekly live-stream sessions called Musik is the Drug.
