H-Sunrise

Behind the recently founded solo musical project H-Sunrise is Yassin, a day time researcher in physics, and psychedelic music enthusiast. Yassin has been involved in music from an early age, already making some goa trance tunes in his spare time in the lates 90s using trackers and available softwares at the time. The metamorphosis of goa trance in the early 2000 drew him away from this particular style, he then began to llearn the bass and guitar, and soon started as a bassist in various bands ranging from progressive and psychedelic rock to jazz big bands, as well regularly participating in jam sessions during his college years. It's only when randomly attending a psytrance party during a trip in Australia that he realised that his passion for psytrance had only remained at sleep within him the whole time. His own project H-Sunrise then emerged a few years later and took a more serious turn after attending the Boom festival 2014 for the first time.
His project aims at redirecting and reconnecting Psytrance music to the original roots of psychedelic music from the 60s, as well as bringing back a sense of narrative to compositions. A blend of eastern musical influences, traditional modern psytrance music and roots of goa trance which he's been listening since the late 90s are to be expected, as well as a unique take to sound design, textures, atmospheres and grooves.
