Tigerlight

Tigerlight is a singer, producer and DJ. The half British, half Scandinavian DJ has been described by MTV as 'the new voice of electronica' and 'amazing fresh new talent' by Rob Da Bank at BBC Radio One. She has released records with labels 'Party Like Us', 'Punks', 'Gold Channel Recordings', 'Slate's Slate', 'Universal', 'Suicide Dub' and 'Never Say Die'. She's radio hosted BBC 1Xtra's 'xtra talent', and written and featured in comedy sketches for them too. Her records are spun regularly on radio and in the clubs receiving support from AC Slater, Titsworth, My Nu Leng, B.Traits and many more.

Her past live shows include a tour of the USA last summer and performances on main stages at The Secret Garden Party Festival, Glade Festival, Boomtown Festival, Lovebox and Glastonbury. She has supported the Dub Pistols at Brixton Electric aswell as headlining KOKO in Camden and Brighton's Concorde 2 and Coalition.

In the USA and Europe she has performed at Webster Hall (New York), BETA (Denver), Soundgarden (Philly), EPR (San Fransisco), Foundation (Seattle), Basscamp Festival & BUSC Main Event Alpe De Huez (France), Binuu, Subland, Atrane (Berlin), Slakthuset (Stockholm) and more...

Alongside her dance productions, she just wrote the soundtrack for a documentary film about Syria, 'Return To Homs', which was chosen to open the Amsterdam film festival in November 2013 and has gone on to win many festival awards including the 'World Cinema Award' at Sundance in the US.
