James Rigby is a name that has swiftly sewn itself into the UK Trance scene over the past few years. Founder and co-promoter of the UK's most talked about Trance Brand, Rong Manchester, he has firmly made his mark both on and off the dance floor.

Since the birth of Rong in 2009, James has become a regular name in UK Trance scene notching up some impressive bookings for renowned brands including Godskitchen, The Warehouse Project, Passion, Digital Society and Goodgreef.

A keen amorist of the technical art of DJing, never afraid to evolve with the latest technology to push performance boundaries and enhance the DJ experience for his ever growing following; James showcases his skills as a highly technical and creative performer who is always raising his game.

Having supported an impressive selection of the high flyers of Trance, including Armin Van Buuren; Paul Van Dyk; Paul Oakenfold; Markus Schulz; Ferry Corsten; John O'Callaghan; Aly & Fila and Simon Patterson to name a few; James has become a regular main room meddler in the UK.

Extending his talents even further over the past 18-months, focusing his creative flair more so in the studio; James has proven there is no end to his talents with a string of hard hitting productions which have received highly regarded support on Armin Van Buuren's radio show "A State of Trance" and the world famous BBC Radio 1. Furthermore, 2014 has seen James's productions capture the attention of Trance Titan, John O'Callaghan; resulting in him being snapped up by Subculture as an official artist.
