Biografie
In their younger years, both gents played a lot of instruments. Inspired by the power of music, they soon translated this love for music, into playing with the buttons of mixers and turntables. Before Arne and Xander decided to initiate SOMETHINK GOOD, both already had their names out there as individual DJ's.
Arne played in a lot of well-known clubs in his hometown Amsterdam, in venues like Westerunie, Panama, Chicago Social Club, Club Up and also clubs outside Amsterdam.
Xander began entertaining crowds at the age of 15, originally starting off his career in smaller bars and private houseparties. After moving to Amsterdam his trend quickly got picked up, translating into rocking prime-time gigs in clubs like Chicago Socical Club and Beatclub.
SOMETHINK GOOD stands for a strong fellowship and rose out of true passion for music. Combining their differentiating styles and tastes of music, a new vibe was born and soon discovered by many of the leading organizations and clubs.
Their style can't be captioned by one box or genre. It surprises many; from bass lines that are deep and funky, to steady rhythms and underground dub tracks, always with the same positive and uplifting vibe.
