Biografie
MetaFysikz, a DJ duo from Waregem, consisting of neighbourhood friends Jens Allaert & Michel De Schrijver.
Over the years they have grown closer with their passion for bass music, psychology & philosophy.
In their local youth pub 'Jeugdhuis Den Uitvlucht', they have played their first DJ sets and for the first time came in contact with the vinyl feel & touch, from that moment on, they have switched to playing records.
In the summer of '12, they gave the first edition of their concept 'Foundation Sounds', which was a great succes.
It was in September of 2012, that they we're discoverd by Frederik Vandevelde, also known as GAZ, the organisator of Rotation, a bi-monthly dubstep concept in the well acclaimed club Decadance in Ghent.
In a time when the true sound of dubstep was fading away, their perspective on dubstep, with the focus on the roots of the genre, was appealing to him.
Some time later they joined the Rotation crew and they have been residents for over a year now.
