Alchemix

I was born in Athens in 1978, named Fotis aka Alchemix, i'm a music producer involved with electronic music all my life. I learned how to mix with vinyls at a very young age, mostly acid and later progressive house tracks and had gigs at big night clubs in Athens. In 1995 I discovered psytrance and fell in love with the new sound, the deco and the vibes of the people. Making my own music was always my dream, I started to experiment with software and hardware at the sound engineering school, where I studied audio, but it wasn't until 2001 that I managed to buy my first synth and started going deeper in to music production. Later on I launched my project Alchemix and i have performed live and dj sets around the globe and released music on Geomagnetic, Goa Records, Ovnimoon, Power House, Neurobiotic, Plusquam rec, YSE, AP records, AiAM project rec, Synchro music, Wired music, Synergetic rec and Planet Ben rec. In 2006 I moved to Madrid, Spain and made my new studio!..I use Madrid as my base, but i'm travelling and spending lots of time around planet earth, i've lived in various countries long term like, England, Canada, China, Mexico, Singapore, Italy, Spain and Greece of course and i'm currently at the south of Russia!!
..now on ovnimoon records released 3 albums..I make from chill out, progressive, prog on, full on to old school Goa trance and i keep experimenting, so you can expect anything from me, just can't stick to one style! Stay Tuned for more!
