Marindo

Abdellah Bouhdoud (Marindo) Before Dj A-B started deejaying at a young age. His first style of choice was urban music with reggaeton/dancehall as his main focus to build his sets. Starting young meant he had his first resident deejay spot at the young age of 17 in a club called "De Rietzoom" in Kropswolde which is close to Groningen.

Having a resident spot is great at a young age but Marindo wanted to expand his horizon so he decided to contact the organization of the "New Attraction" (5.000 visitors average )festival to see if he could deejay at their events. One thing led to another and Marindo entered the Shoot program of New Attraction so he could deejay at their events, play at the festival and follow dj-masterclasses to enhance his skills.

The combination of playing at bigger events and following master classes really lifted Marindo his career because he played at big venues like Zenith (Venray), Hollywood Club Panama (Amsterdam), Raddison Sas Hotel (Antwerp), the Palace and Huize Maas in Groningen. Won 3rd place at the regional Kunstbende Dj contest to name a few achievements. But his biggest breakthrough gig is playing in the world famous club PACHA in MARRAKECH.

Marindo hosted for Vima Entertainment his own area at club LAXX and now he host in Grand café De Punt at Rotterdam right now where he plays his unique mix of Urban and house with a touch of Arabic style to go back to his Moroccan roots. All in all this man is definitely a DJ to keep an eye on because he seizes every opportunity to engage people to dance to his tunes. Curious?
