Biografie
French-German producer Jean Claude Ades (aka JCA) has a long-term love affair with deep, sexy, soulful electronic music.
Widely respected among Ibiza's movers and shakers, Jean Claude has mastered a genre of his own, producing many of the tracks he plays during his sets, and spins them to great effect on dance floors worldwide, influencing musical trends. His unique brand of Deep Tech House and his connection with the dance floor attracts an elegant, refined, educated crowd of party-lovers that guarantees an epic night of hedonism.
No surprise that the London-based Daily Mirror chose BeCrazy!'s Ushuaia Tower night as the No.3 best night of Ibiza's 2013 season, and voted Jean Claude into the Top Ten of Ibiza 2013 Dj Sets.
While the worldwide success of his past productions on his own labels have had him touring throughout Europe, Asia and South America, 2012 saw him firmly leave his mark on the magical island of Ibiza, hosting his own night BeCrazy! at Pacha and Lio, repeatedly playing the main room of the iconic Amnesia, and renaming his label BeCrazy! Music to fit neatly into the overall international brand.
His productions You Make Me Feel and Venezia showed a clear fine-tuning of his unique sound, compounded by his East West EP that included the awe-inspiring Perfect Match and Oh Yeah! Both these tunes defined his unique brand of Deep, Punchy, Nu Disco sound, and elevated ecstatic Ibiza crowds to emotional crescendos of strings and synths. Mood That I Love followed suit with equal acclaim.
The growing strength of the BeCrazy! signature secured him the residency at Ibiza's brand new Ushuaia Tower in 2013. But he wasn't just presenting his label night to a discerning and exclusive crowd. Musically, last summer was also packed with elegant productions: July saw the release of 'Happy Mondays", August was greeted with 'Can You Hear Me?" and November has seen the spine-tingling "Tears".
CA's Coming Home EP has just been released in April on BeCrazy! Music. This includes a stomping remake of his 2005 hit Someday with his signature groove, sprinkled with a progressive ending, as well as deeper offerings in the form of the awe-inspiring Only You and Coming Home. These tracks have already proven to be dance-floor successes during his sets over the last few weeks in Ibiza, Paris, Rome and Dubai…
Jean Claude and Friends has already put the BeCrazy! Music stamp on Blue Marlin's best party so far this year, and promises more craziness this summer, accompanied by Betoko, Coyu, Sabb and NiCe7 among other supporting artists.
So, what else is in store for Ibiza's 2014 season?
The BeCrazy! vibe already kicked off in the main room of Pacha Ibiza on Easter Friday, an opportunity for revellers to see where the brand is going musically this year. And indeed the rumour has been confirmed: you can look forward to hearing JCA's sophisticated and polished sound at the BeCrazy! residency back home at Lio, supported by the likes of M.A.N.D.Y. (Philipp Jung), Rony Seikaly, John Monkman and Mantu, to name but a few.
This is already the buzz around the island, creating much anticipation to the nights of elegant and exotic craziness ahead.
The brand's mission is clear: to continue to dazzle and delight venues worldwide with the perfect mix of elegance, exclusivity and hedonism that has come to characterise the BeCrazy! parties.
