David Leese

David Leese is an Amsterdam-based dj, who is well known for his fresh, diverse dj sets and enthusiastic performances. With many years of experience David knows how to play the crowd with his refined choice of techno music.

His move to the capital of The Netherlands in the beginning of 2012 gave his career a real boost. He became resident at the Beatroom events and played at many clubs and festivals such as Paradiso, Melkweg, Air, Studio 80, Sugar Factory, Ruigoord, Mystic Garden Festival and Loveland Festival. The last couple of years he also got the chance to visit some new countries. Some of the highlights were Arsenal Fest in Serbia, Groove on the Grass in Dubai, YinYang Music Festival on the Great Wall of China and a tour to India.
Since May 2017 David is part of 50:Hertz, a techno platform with a weekly, globally broadcasted radio show that also facilitates events, masterclasses and panels during Dancefair and Amsterdam Dance Event. Moreover in the spring of 2019 50:Hertz has started its own experience driven concept called Orbis.

In the summer of 2019 David got his first release out on Minitech Recordings, another milestone for this experienced artist.
