Biografie
More than 10 years in the mix as DJ, love's music since he could stand on his feet.
Born in The Netherlands in '87 and at the age of 12 he heard his first house track on the national television. On the age of 18 he started DJ'ing in the house & techno genre and that did not happened unnoticed. The crowd embraced René for his energetic DJ sets and not only they couldn't stand still even he was dancing behind the DJ booth. In 2007 René won 'Zuiderstorm', a DJ competition with more then 400+ subscriptions. He DJ'ed in the bigger clubs and festivals in The Netherlands like Extrema Outdoor & Solar Weekend, next to national and international DJ's. After 10 years playing as a house & techno DJ René decided to stop DJ' ing in 2015.
Not long after that René started taking dance classes with his partner. After a few lessons he was sold to the dance rhythms and knew he couldn't let this go the rest of his life. Now 2 years, a lot of kizomba, salsa & bachata lessons later and visiting parties & festivals René decided to start DJ'ing again and RENE AMPLO was born. You can book René for specific kizomba/urbankiz only parties. But if you organise a good salsa/mambo, bachata, kizomba party mixed in 1 room I am also interested.
Because of the years of experience behind the DJ booth René translates his music to the dancefloor. Switching in between of slow and up tempo songs. On the same evening, the music is never the same.
