With multiple releases seeing over millions of plays on digital platforms alone, going viral on Spotify and Shazam charts, and most hitting the #1 spot on the Hype Machine multiple times over, the love of this quickly rising artist's gifts have spilled from the blogosphere and into every other facet of the music industry. From airtime on Pete Tong's BBC RADIO 1 Essential mix, Capital Xtra's Clubbers Guide with Ministry of Sound, LA's premier KCRW, Sirius XM Chill, and iHeart's Evolution Radio, to print pieces in both DJMag and Mixmag as one of the 'Hottest New Artists", it's becoming overwhelmingly apparent that the world is rapidly catching up with what some already knew - Bobby Nourmand is ready to take the world by storm.
Bobby's musical history pre-dates what most have come to know and love from him, beginning as a child learning to play multiple instruments, including the violin & saxophone. As time went on, he found himself attracted to the glowing nightlife of New York City, which gave way to bookings at some of the largest, and most respected clubs in Manhattan, Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Barcelona, and Moscow.
Something wasn't right, though, as he constantly felt the need to express more of himself through his artform. Being confined to two decks and a tracklist of other people's music hindered his ability to express himself and convey his musical prowess to audiences across the globe. Following up that successful release on The Magician's Potion imprint is the quickly spreading 'D E E P in NY."
