Løbster BIO:

Løbster is an Amsterdam-based DJ who was first introduced to music at a very young age by playing the drums. At age 17 he started to visit loads of techno parties all over the world through which his passion for electronic sounds was instigated. Two years later he bought his first setup so that he could play at afterparties. He began experimenting with the music he played and started playing at lots of kick-ons throughout the city. At the time, the DJ was convinced that he wanted to continue playing in houses, not clubs, but over the years he’s slowly shifted his focus. Not taking the conventional route, Løbster went from bedroom DJ to afterparty DJ to an established DJ playing across Europe.
Since then he’s played in many different venues, among them the infamous Paradiso Amsterdam, a residency at the Sugarfactory, Poema Utrecht and Day On Festival in Amsterdam. Word quickly caught on and he was subsequently contacted for foreign gigs. He flew to Germany to play Club Metro in Oldenburg and Indoor Bike Park Stride in Strasbourg booked him for their warehouse party.

Apart from tours, The Netherlands still remains his main playground. With gigs throughout all corners of the country, multiple gigs at Verknipt and his residency for Techno Tribe Amsterdam, he gained lots of experience with playing for big crowds. These opportunities ensure that he now knows how to connect, play and engage with the audience. Last summer Løbster made his festival debut at We Are Electric, sharing the decks with some big names in the scene. He has played among the likes of ROD, Dustin Zahn, Setaoc Mass, Cleric, Remco Beekwilder, Colin Benders, Shifted and many other techno titans.

Expect powerful and energetic sets with lots of diversity that will keep you moving until the last track.

Since then he’s played in many different venues, among them multiple times in the Sugarfactory and as a highlight Day On Festival in Amsterdam sharing the stage with Cleric, Setaoc Mass, JoeFarr, Shifted, Manni Dee and more. But also Club Metro in Oldenburg and Indoor Bike Park Stride in Strasbourg got to know this artist.
