The rumbling of the freight trains, the piercing noise of metal works, the humming of radio waves.
Such was – and still is - the soundtrack to our age, with digital technology in fact just enhancing the movement.
A world in turmoil, but with what possibilities lurking around the corner?
For the third year in a row, Dark. Descent. hosts the Into The Dark Lands party at its home ground in Dordrecht, at The Bibelot, tested and much appreciated by now for its unique atmosphere and due comfort provided.

For the third year in a row, Dark. Descent. hosts the Into The Dark Lands party at its home ground in Dordrecht, at The Bibelot, tested and much appreciated by now for its unique atmosphere and due comfort provided.
2018 sees a wonderful expansion of the line-up that promises just the best in doomcore, darkcore, industrial and adjacent styles:
Back on stage are ITDL regulars SOUND ABUSE, who also promise some more techno-minded moments by appearing under their ELECTRONIC MIND EXPANSION moniker; label head CUBIC NOMAD will present his due new album in an exclusive showcase (and be sure his set will also bring back some cherished classics as well) and ITDL in-house DJ ASCEND will go head on versus the ITDL audience’s darling SACERDOS VIGILIA. And this time around, the international guests will be ETHID, camouflage hard acid producer from Germany with a massive background in the post-industrial scene, and the legend that is MANU LE MALIN, French innovator and pioneer with over 20 years on the stages to forge the hardcore sound. And again, the lovely EMMA SUSANNE hosts the party in her inimitable style!
Genre-defying, rough and ready, embracing all those who prefer the outcast realms of electronic music – the Into The Dark Lands family will celebrate the Machine Age on 8 September.
