It all began with the old R&B dusty records from his mom/uncle’s collection. Growing up on the streets of Chicago’s South Side, listening to Farley “Jackmaster Funk”, “ The Hot Mix 5“, Ron Hardy and the electrifying energies of Frankie Knuckles, .
At the forefront of the House music revolution his contribution to House and Hip House widened the appeal of this music globally.
The list of labels he released on is endless; D.J. International, Underground, Real Estate, Supa ups, Groove Baby, Dance Mania, etc.
Few people have defined house music in a way that Tyree ’Super Duper' Cooper aka Da Soul Revival aka TC aka DJ Tyree did.
