We’ve been hard at work installing our ticket refunding system, and are finally able to share more information with you. Please bear with us to get things going as smoothly as possible. The update:
Our organisation will be refunding all festival, parking and shuttle bus tickets purchased through our official ticketing partners Paylogic and Primera, as well as our official ticket reselling partner viagogo. Another option is converting your ticket into a ticket for Welcome to the Future Festival 2016.
You can request your ticket refunds by submitting the following form (please carefully read the instructions): http://bit.ly/ticketrefundwttf
We are not able to give you any information regarding other unofficial ticket resellers such as Marktplaats, Ticketswap, Tickets4u etc., as there is no official partnership between us. You could try to get in contact with the reseller and/or with the person that has sold you (a) ticket(s) as he/she will be able to get tickets refunded from Paylogic.

GETTING THERE
By Bike:
Het Twiske is located just 9 km North of Amsterdam, and coming by bike will take you 30 to maximum 40 minutes. Take the ferry towards ‘Buiksloterweg’ just behind Amsterdam Central Station. Once across the water, the route to the festival will be marked with signs.
By public transport/shuttle bus:
There will be a shuttle bus service from Amsterdam Sloterdijk station to the festival premises and back all day (leaving from the Orly square on the left side of the station).
A ticket for the shuttle bus service costs €8, this ticket will take you back and forth. You can buy the ticket on our website or at the event day itself at the bus station in Amsterdam Sloterdijk.
The first bus leaves Sloterdijk station at 11:30 AM, the last one will leave the festival premises at 01:00 AM.
By car:
The easiest way to get to Het Twiske is via the "Ring West" highway A10 towards Haarlem/Zaanstad. After the Coentunnel, keep left and follow the signs for E22/A8 in direction Zaanstad/Purmerend/Leeuwarden. Take the first exit: 1. Oostzaan/Zaandam-zuid/Het Twiske. Keep left and always follow the sings in direction 'Het Twiske'.
Parking tickets are available via our website (until 3 days before the event) or at the parking itself on July 25th

Water belongs to everyone!
Chilled, fresh and straight from the tap; we serve tapwater all day long, and for free. You can refill your waterbag at our special waterbars.

All food served at Welcome to the Future is organic. We have a wide range of food types available, including the classic snack menu, burgers and pizza, salads and soups, waffles, sandwich, fruit, smoothies and a lot more!
Don’t forget to check out our cozy ‘Dijk van een Markt’ along the waterside!

PAYMENT METHOD
At Welcome to the Future, you pay for your food and drinks with tokens (plastic coins). These are available at the clearly signed cashier units located on the festival terrain.
You can purchase your tokens using cash, your debit card (Maestro) or credit card (Visa, American Express, Master Card).

We provide plenty of lockers for everyone! These lockers can easily be shared: there’s room for about 3 coats in one locker.

Out of battery? No problem! You are able to recharge your mobile phone at our info stand during the festival. The info stand is located opposite our Main stage.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY
We're taking measures to make the terrain and all 7 stages accessible to wheelchairs. Our security and bar personnel will be there to assist you if help is needed.
