We believe a good underground scene is the solid ground for new genres and ideas to evolve. We've seen it with all the electronic music over the years.

In the past years the underground scene is threatened by bad policy and disappeared from the radar.
Our mission is to prevent further loss of this beautiful scene and put it back on the map.
