✦ Max Cooper TO FINISH 2013 WITH "FRAGMENTED SELF" TOUR
The Fragmented Self will be Max Cooper's last tour before we get ready for his debut album in 2014. Taking its name from a new project to be announced Oct 30, the tour follows a incredibly busy year of Max reaching new audiences in music, technology and even architecture. A recent pioneering "4D sound" show in Amsterdam. His soundtrack, with Nick Warren, for architect Zaha Hadid's winning pitch to design the new Japan National Stadium - soon to be the site of the Toyko 2020 Olympics. Plus there's a commemorative audiovisual piece coming the 21st anniversary of the UK Government's Department of Culture, Media and Sport alongside releases with Canadian art-rockers BRAIDS, a Vimeo staff pick video for his collaboration with jazz vocalist Kathrin DeBoer, Numb, and remixes of big techno and downtempo acts like Marc Romboy, Ken Ishii, Magic Panda and The Slow Revolt.
One of Beatport's top 10 artists of 2013, and a Resident Advisor top 20 live act for 2013, Max's Fragmented Self tour includes multiple dates in France, Germany, Italy, Turkey, the Netherlands, Israel, Porto, Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, and of course Antwerp.
