If you want to make music and you want people to appreciate it, you must make music that fits within a certain vision of the majority. We can also give you Afrojack. But then you start thinking, what the hell should I do with this? Nothing at all.
Fortunately the vision in Lelystad focuses on very hard weird music, by the majority of music lovers still called Drum and Bass. No bad aftertaste of commerce because we promise not to spin any record that just exactly fits in the market. And since December has been expensive enough already, we have our comeback with tickets going for only 5 euro’s.

LINE-UP BASIC BASE
AREON
The first act on the first Basic Base of 2013, for the first time on stage. And 2013 could be the year of AREON with a kick off like this. His real name is Justin and he’s been producing for a while now, both drum and bass and progressive house. Examples are Netsky, Extan and Changing Faces. A fine liquid opening set it will be, a relaxed start of the year.
SILVAHFONK
Silvahfonk is our second DJ of the night and does not really need an introduction. Earlier this year he already pumped the speakers at Basic Base and now he’s back to give it another, even better go. Pumped. He started his career out under the name Energy and if you still do not know why, you have obviously never seen Silva in action. Has its roots in the jungle sound with jazz & hip hop, reggae and soul elements but is also not afraid of raw solid rollers with a techno feeling. Expect an energy that Red Bull is jealous of.
Next up is nobody less than mister J. Gerrits. You do not know who that is? Come on, do your homework. Audience favorite and fixed value for those pumping jump up, our resident Bisnezz. Signed in 2012 at Shockerz Muzik and hammers its way up at the proverbial road. He will bring an explosive set at the party where it all started for him five years ago. Tie your shoelaces!
SUNAIVOD
SUNAIVOD will end this massive evening. Has recently received a lot of thick compliments and a well deserved 2nd place in a demo competition at the Amsterdam Dance Event. Kind of awesome when Dave Clarke appreciates your music. Has the honor of ending on Basic Base and we expect no easy listening or soft club tunes. Rather dark, alternately, sometimes with cinematic influences neurofunk and metal. Get ready to get exhausted!
Our Master of Ceremony on this evening will be MC TEN6. Has its roots in metal, has been rocking the stage fairly nonstop since the summer of 2011 and has only twisted his ankle just once. An evening full of power with a lot of energy on stage, and TEN6 as president.
