Dirklectisch is an Amsterdam based DJ who's style can be described as an abstract techno DJ. At the moment he primarily focuses on minimal techno.
He dislikes everything that resembles a cheesy melody but encourages the use of rhythmic melodies. The lack of imagination that most DJ's have in regard to track selection bothers him and so he focuses on playing different tunes then most other DJ's. This is also one of his great strengths as DJ. There is always a certain concept behind his DJ sets. This may result in the fact that some of his sets may not be very accessible to newcomers but he can also be seen as a breath of fresh air thru the dutch DJ scene.
