JoeWood is an upcoming DJ/Producer based in his hometown Rotterdam.
Around 2010 he fell in love with Techno and from that moment on he is working hard to create his own Techno sound and share it with the world.
He started with some basic equipment and was performing at birthdays and pre-parties. By learning from other DJ's and hundreds hours of exercise he developed a unique set of skills and his own sound.
Techno became more than a passion, it became a lifestyle, something you find back in his music.
His music style can be described as a deep, dark and industrial sound with a raw edge. The core-focus is Techno but he is inspired by other genres as well like Tech House and Acid.
JoeWood stands for a high energetic set with main ingredients like thick basses, solid snares, hard claps and clean hi-hats to create a hypnotic vibe for the crowd and himself. With this vibe he takes you on a musical journey to escape reality and daily routine.
