Piecemaker

I have had an obsession with electronic music for as long as i can remember. When i was about 13 years old i was listening to a lot of trance, goa, EBM and older industrial music until one day i got my hands on FLstudio (2.86?) from a friend. I was instantly hooked and started making my own tracks.
When i was in my mid teens i discovered what now is called "millenium-hardcore", Drum and Bass, Hardstyle and a lot more. I started going to raves all over Sweden as often as i could. I got my first complete set of DJ gear and started practising a mix of my favorite genres almost everyday to improve my skills.
Since then i have tried out a lot of genres as a producer and DJ. As Johan Herz i made a couple of hardstyle tracks which where released by Mindsvision Records. Together with Rickard Lerby and Robert Andersson i was part of Swedish Generalz, making really fucked up, IQ-drained swedish jumpstyle. Beside all of this i was also making hardcore.
Because of my interest in music production i began studies in electronics and audio engineering, and have learned a lot more about recording, mixing, acoustics and other stuff. Flstudio has been replaced with other DAW's, a studio has been made and i have found an interest in using hardware synths and other outboard gear.
To this day i have performed DJ gigs for different organizers in sweden such as Blackout, Electronic Massacre, Octocore and more since 2007.
