Biografie
Ad-Apt's love for music was fueled by his father's collection of Motown and soul records.
Beginning his music career at 16 as a hype man and MC alongside most of the industry's high profile drum & bass DJ's such as Andy C, Shy FX, Hype, Chase & Status, Roni Size etc Ad-Apt was building a reputation as a versatile, energetic MC.
After a year of performing in clubs Ad-Apt was encouraged to take his talent to bigger stages and began performing alongside bands and artists including a performance in 2009 at MTV Nederland Isle of Malta supporting Esmee Denters, Lady Gaga and the Black Eyed Peas.
This exposure at such a young age gave Ad-Apt the foundation to further his career and since then has collaborated with other artists including Louis La Roche, Bungle, Homecut, Josh Record, A. Skillz, and BCee and is currently working with new artists for future projects.
2011 saw Ad-Apt emerge as a true solo artist after a whirlwind of summer tour dates and appearances at Outlook, Flevo Festival, Greenbelt, 2000 Trees and regular appearances at various club nights around the UK such as The Tuesday Club in Sheffield.
Ad-Apt is currently touring with a full live band including UK beatbox champion – Hobbit, and scratch DJ – Elements providing an energetic, explosive live show providing the platform to allow Ad-Apt to do what he does best!
